The service was wonderful! Pleasant people to work with. Uber was charging $23.40 to go 5 miles. Royal was fast, courteous, and $11.00 cheaper than Uber. And live up to their name! Never just assume. i was late for an appointment, i called a couple taxi companies and they couldn't promise me how quickly they could get to me, but when i called Royal Taxi they said they could get me to me in a few minutes. Thank goodness for Royal Taxi they kept me from missing my appointment with their timely service.

I usually dont write reviews but i felt like i had to for these guys. I have a medical condition and i need assistance getting in and out of a car.1st The call taker was so friendly on the phone and. The driver, Jeff, was so kind and wonderful; he helped me get in and out, made me very comfortable and went out of his way to help me out of the car and assist me all the way to the hospital.
