WORST clinic ever. all of the employees were so rude and it was obvious they did not know how to do their jobs. the girls upstairs were the worst of them all. I wish I could remember the one girls name in specific, it was an odd name, but she was terrible to me, all other patients in the waiting room, and even her co workers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. save yourself the time, money, and anger and go elsewhere. the doctors were great and it's sad that the girls working for them upstairs ruined the experience for me. I have been a customer for years but the most recent visit was absolutely terrible.

I was very disappointed in my visit to Pearle Vision Express. We purchased a deal off of Living Social for $220 worth of lenses+frames. I honestly thought we'd be able to find a decent pair of glasses for this price (or AT LEAST somewhat close). Oh no...not even close. My grandmother is on a fixed income, and we purchased this deal for her. They immediately took us to the "$270" section (for frames only) and we told them we needed cheaper. The gentleman seemed somewhat new, and he took us to the "Smart Buy Section", where the frames were $79 at the cheapest. Seems like a good deal, until you find out how much they wanted for new lenses with bifocals. ($239!!!!). Luckily, he made a mistake by showing us the Smart Buy section, because it stated on the certificate that the Smart Buy Section was not included in the deal. YIKES! They ended up honoring the cheaper frames for us. This could have been a money disaster, if not for his mistake. We ended up spending $130 when it was all said and done, when I thought I was going to get away with spending $40. I recommend you go in and view their prices before buying one of their Living Social Deals. LEARNED MY LESSON! I guess the point of my review is... if you have a lot of money and you like to blow it OR you are obsessed with designer product, this is the place for you. For regular people... this place is extremely overpriced and they don't have ANY options for people needing a break/deal. I gave them two stars because the gentleman that helped us was nice - but as for the "business"... a definite 1 star.
