This gym is great It has so much offer. There plenty of machines and i love how each person gets their own personal tv screen... it really helps my work out fly by. There is always someone there to help me. I just had a baby and trying to lose the baby fat. I am able to go the gym drop off my baby in the FREE childcare center then go work. It is hard to get back into the grove of things but the trainers there push me in a postive way. I have alreayd loft 10 pounds since the beginning of March when I joined. Try this gym.. you wont regret it!
