The Town homes are within walking distances to grocery stories and gas stations. The neighbors are very quite at night and very nice to meet.

Oakwood is a great place to live. It's affordable, safe and the amenities are great. It's centrally located in Springfield so it doesn't take but a few short minutes to get to where you need to go. The Townhome manager Mercedes is absolutely awesome. If you ever have a concern or need something minor fixed, she makes sure it gets taken care of ASAP. I have rented for 17 years now and Oakwood is far and away the best place I have ever lived!

I have lived at Oakwood for almost a year now and just love it. All hardwood floors. So much space and the management is wonderful!! For the first time I feel like I have a real home!! I plan to be there for a long time. The price can't be beat and free cable and internet. The best place to live!!

I've been living at Oakwood for 3 years now and I love the place it's quiet. A nice roomy townhome. Wonderful Neighbors nice park for the grandbabies to play I would recommend this place to my friends and family I wish we had a pool but other than that this is a really nice place to live.

Out of all the places I've lived in Springfield, this place is by far one of my favorites. The houses are old but they are so very spacious and affordable. The neighborhood is fairly good and I love the location. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Very clean apartments that are well taken care of. The management is very helpful and the maintenance crew will fix any issues that may arise very quickly.

We have lived here for 5 years now in two different units and love it. The space is perfect for us, and it's so nice to have a basement for storage and as a storm shelter. They are quick to get to any maintenance issues, but we haven't had many because the units are kept in great shape.

Living in Oakwood is great for first time apartment renters. Mercedes is very nice and helps make the leasing process smooth. I'm a student so this place is close to campus which is very nice. My only complaint is parking sucks late at night, other than that everything has been great!

Moving in was a little bit of an issue because there was a lot of property managers coming in and out so I didn't know who had my information. Once Mercedes finally got the position its been pretty easy to communicate my needs for the apartment and have them met. Since the property is smaller in size it gives it a more personal feeling because she remembers me.

We love Oakwood! Our townhouse is super cute and the hardwood floors are a lifesaver with kids! Management and maintenance is great and we have never had an issue with either! Great place to live!
