Management Development Institute is a division of the College of Business Administration at Missouri State University. The institute has been a resource for professional and management training since 1979, and has served more than 75,000 people. It offers professional development seminars that provide tools, techniques and strategies to obtain results by motivating people, solving problems, and keeping worker performance and work quality at high levels. The seminars are for managers and supervisors at all levels in an organization. Management Development Institute s seminar topics include human resources; supervision; leadership and management; and foundations for administrative professionals. The institute also offers bed and breakfast management course, health care certificates, and training and development certificates. Management Development Institute is located in Springfield, Mo.
