I've had several individuals or smaller companies service my lawn since moving to Springfield. Unlike larger companies, they don't normally require contracts, and the price is about half of what it would be. However, the downside is that individuals or small companies are often sketchy and unreliable. Level Best is unlike anything else I've encountered. It's a small operation with reasonable prices but is very professional. The owner/operator clearly believes in providing top-notch service; I thought my heart would stop when I heard that he did monthly invoices (not necessary in my view for routine service, but an indicator of the level of professionalism and service he provides). Level Best has done additional yard work at my house (beyond cutting the grass) and will probably do more in the future. In any event, Level Best does business like every company should, but to actually see this happen is all too rare.
