Obscenely expensive, shady in business practices. Very, very fraudulent in the manner in which they tell you about their contract and claim that they offer a lifetime guarantee and you can come back any time if you need to after a set number of visits. Yeah, you can come back if you're willing to pay the $100 office visit (which, by the way, is supposedly a HALF-PRICE visit!!!). On every visit they reminded me about this lifetime guarantee without mentioning that you had to pay for a fee. What kind of guarantee is this? Not much of one, if you ask me. Their pricing was on a par with extortion, absolutely sky high, but they convinced me with some somewhat valid explanations as to why Ideal Image is the best. Well, they're the best at taking people's money and leaving the job half done. There's a review on here from a girl that gives Ideal Image 5 stars, I would be willing to bet that this is a staff member or owner who wrote this. You'll notice that the other review is one star, now that's a person who got screwed like I did. Do not, whatever you do, go to these people. They're nice and friendly, put you at ease, tell you that it's a simple standard contract (by then, they've got you hooked and you're trusting them), so no one takes the time to read the contract. And then you're trapped. Still have to shave and they told me every visit that I would never have to again. They're only out to get you as a customer the first time. I doubt they have much repeat business. But as much as you have to pay, they probably don't have to have much of a volume of clients to pay their bills. It's shameful that they take advantage of people the way they do. Do your homework, talk to your friends and ask around before you select a business for hair removal. But whatever you do, don't use Ideal Image.

Great results! Started with my face and bikini a couple of years ago, just added my legs and underarms...love it! Worth every penny!
