Our beautiful, serene studio offers classes 7 days a week with a wide variety to choose from. Whether you are just beginning or an experienced practitioner we have a class to fit your needs. Our teachers are experienced and passionate about their classes and no matter what your level of fitness, strength or flexibility they will help you find the yoga practice to enrich your life, and improve your health and wellness.
