Terrible Customer Service! Bought carpet and paid for it and scheduled an installation day. Was called about a week before installation to be told that they sold some of the carpet that we bought and paid for and there was not enough for our house. They acted like this wasn't a big deal and never once accepted blame. The only option they gave us was to pick out more expensive carpet or move our installation date back a couple weeks. They were on willing to work with us.



Then after asking for a refund, it took nearly two weeks and multiple phone calls from me, for them to push through the refund. I won't use this company ever again!

Worst service I can remember! They show up 4 hours late. Carpet a small staircase and say the can't do the rest until 5 days later!! Called the manager they give me a sooner date of Friday. More lies, the guy is going to be 3 hours late again. 30 minutes after he is suppose to be here I get a call that he can't make it! They refuse to get anyone else because it will cost them more money!! They busted base boards and tossed the old tack strips in corners and under the bathroom vanity. Sloppy horrible service I would never recommend them to anyone!!! Beware.
