The apartments are very nice we have lived here a long time and love it here want to stay here as long as we can it's close to every thing we need

We just renewed our lease for a 9th year. My wife, our dog and myself have been very happy here . The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. Close to all needs.

Great apartments and area!!

Delaware on Primrose is a great place to live with very spacious apartments and good prices. They have a swimming pool and a dog park. Management is great!

My roommate and I love living here and are excited to renew our lease for this year. They provide a washer and dryer hookup, dryer, and extra space through closets. The location allows close proximity to many restaurants and stores which is very nice. We only wish that our maintenance requests would be fulfilled quicker, but they always get done and fixed properly.

I still thoroughly enjoy living at Delaware on Primrose apartments! I have lived here 14 years. The office Mgr takes care of issues & concerns. Maintenance is always friendly and competent. The grounds are well kept. Conveniently located near many stores, on the bus line. Well done!

Delaware on Primrose is a wonderful little apartment complex. The price is very fair and the management team is great! Wooten has also been investing in both new amenities, like the new dog park, and repairing current ones, like getting the ADA ramps remade for better access. The maintenance team is also really good. They're very reasonable on response times and will stick to the times they tell you they'll be there.

Overall I'm very happy with these apartments and don't have any bad things to say about the apartments and the team around it.

The neighbors are friendly here and it’s close to the Medical Mile. It’s easy to walk to a lot of different stores so great location for non drivers.

We have lived in the Delaware on Primrose complex for going on 6 years now. The apartment itself is decent, and due to my fiancé's disability we have a good sized handicap accessible bathroom. The location is optimal, close to shopping, doctors, and major highways. The complex is also on a couple bus routes, for easy public transportation too. We enjoy living here, we get surprisingly good sunset views.

I have been at Delaware On Primrose for going on 5 years now and i love it here.The Staff is very nice the place is clean and well kept.And best of all very quiet.It is close to everything shopping hospitals and buses.I wouldn't live anywhere else.

I love my apartment because it is close to everything that I enjoy. I enjoy spending time at the dog park, grilling, and the apartment swimming pool. All of my neighbors are friendly. The staff are always helpful and nice and when I need them. Sometimes I call for maintenance and it takes longer then expected. but I know they’re short staffed. I enjoy every thing that everybody does to keep our apartment community clean and peaceful. Krissy S
