He came out right away but would not tell me what it would cost. He was highly recommended and we were in need so I went ahead. He was to extend a 220 service for a heat pump and it wound up being half buried and half laying on the ground. He gave us a bill for a total amount with no detail. When I asked him for detail he texted it to me. He was at our house for 2 1/2 hours, but proceeded to bill us for 7 man hours when it should have been 5 (2.5 for 2 people). He also said the total included an undisclosed amount for a "service call" which was never mentioned to us at any time. He also charged us for $300 for materials. I have costed most of what he used and it doesn't come to half that amount. I guess our job wasn't big enough.

When i first called, they actually made a few suggestions for me to try in order to save the service call! I was amazed. I needed them neverthless; and Mr. Ousley was efficient and professioan, as well as very pleasant. Add to that the very reasonable rate, and you've got a winner!
Over the past few weeks, I used Complete Electrical Solutions on a new project and was extrememly pleased with the service and follow up by this company. Very trust worthy people and their service to details was very much appreciated.

I have used Complete Electrical at my personal residence and place of business several times. I can definitely say that this is an honest and respectable company. I am so pleased with their service and prices that I don't bother to call anybody else for quotes. I had an electrical issue at my home and called after hours. They had an electrician at my door within 30 minutes! I would definitely recomend their services.
You need to call this company for all your electrical needs. I contacted them on Monday to install some light fixtures and they were there on Tuesday to install. The installer was very professional and the light fixtures were installed perfectly. Job well done.
