The legacy began in Rockford, Illinois in 1967. Beef-a-Roo has been serving famously delicious flavor to families ever since. As a fast casual restaurant chain we are known for our freshly cooked, slow roasted beef sandwiches, signature fries with our own BEEF-a-ROO seasoned salt best in category American fare such as juicy burgers, popular milkshakes, famous cheddar fries, onion rings, and fresh standout salads served in elegantly designed dining areas. BEEF-a-ROO began with a wild west theme, hence the name, and will always be anchored in a company culture respectful of innovation, farm-fresh quality, consistency, and exceptional service.
