Provided by YP.comI have been to Bach's store several times and the staff is always polite and professional. They are quick to answer any questions about products or insurance needs.

Provided by YP.comI have found that most of the employees seem to know what they are talking about and are certainly helpful, patient, and courteous. BUT THE COMPANY CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING! I don't deal with businesses that charge me $72 an hour to tighten and adjust a new product I bought there. I'm thinking of quitting them for that reason alone.

Provided by YP.comOMG! They are SO awful!! The incompetence of the staff is amazing! They repeatedly failed to take all the info needed to place an order , then when called to see WHERE the medical supply is-"Oh, we didn't have all the info we needed, so we didn't send out the order," Didn't call/email for more details, just did NOTHING! I Pray they do not supply emergency oxygen to folks, there'd be some purple customers! This type of treatment is the same as a co-worker rec'd when she went to Bach for support stockings. She had to go back 3 times!! to be re-measured. The lady who 'helped' her was really rude, and like my case, and as the other reviewer related there was no "Sorry." Just "you have to return" I joined this site JUST to review Bach; I am that P'O'd about their non-service. AVOID them like the plague!

Provided by YPmobileMy father, an MS patient, recently took his electric wheelchair to Bach's for repair. After a week and a half of being without a chair he called to see what the hold up was. He was told that they were just ordering the part that day. (Convenient...perhaps sitting in the back forgotten?) They also told him it would be a week before the part arrived. A man who struggles to walk 5 ft was to be without a wheelchair for almost 3wks!!! (they did offer to rent a manual chair out to him, but a manual chair is useless to a man with only one good arm) In order to get the chair back sooner, he had to pay for overnight shipping. Then when he was FINALLY able to go pick it up, they had put the controller on the wrong side!!!! He, of course, had to then wait for that to be corrected. Really, why wouldn't one make a note of which side the controller was on? Or perhaps it had been sitting in back for so long they lost the note?!
After all that, not so much as a "sorry about that".
If you are in need of repairs, look elsewhere!!!!
