Our menu offers hearty-from-scratch dishes that utilize premium ingredients, local farm fresh seasonal vegetables, and our very own baked goods. This is labor-of-love cooking, soulful and supremely satisfying. The Aviary mission is to bring our guests memorable meals in a warm and friendly setting. A selection of savory and sweet Breton crepes is offered, as well as traditional bistro fare, with stellar wines, beer, and spirits. Crepes are a social food, and Aviary is a perfect gathering spot. Our passion is to create an inviting space to enjoy good company and experience amazing meals while engaging in the best of what Farmer's Park and Downtown Springfield has to offer year round. Aviary's corner patisserie features artisan breads baked early each morning, as well as an assortment of charming cakes and posh little pastries.
