Not very impressed. They were unable to find a way to elevate my mother's feet and suggested we bring something from home. They do not provide a no salt diet which seems strange given the needs of the population.the CNAs were very kind, but it took 3 days from intake for a doctor to review her needs. The nursing supedrvisor gave me conflicting information about medications.
The best move my wife and I ever made was to come into Reeds Landing. All 4 levels of care in one building located on the East campus of Springfield College and on the banks of Lake Massasoit. Residents liken it to a permanently docked cruise ship with its great food and activities. We also, as do many others, consider it the best gift we could give our kids-they and we don't have to worry about our future. And it's very affordable.
