Established in 1982, Pyramid is a day habilitation program that caters to the needs of more than 1,500 individuals with developmental disabilities in Greater Springfield in Massachusetts. The program focuses on enhancing the physical, mental and social competencies of people. It provides a supportive environment and includes a range of therapeutic services. In addition, Pyramid offers a variety of enrichment activities, such as fitness classes and arts and crafts sessions. The program teaches computer skills and provides information about technology tools. It also offers volunteer opportunities. Pyramid is a part of Human Resources Unlimited, which is a private, nonprofit organization.
