Purchased a gun safe from Gifford's. Answered my inquiries and then some. Delivered using extreme caution and caused no damage to home or product during setup. Great to deal with. Will definitely return if I'm in need of their services in the future.

I brought a 135 y.o. mortise lockset to them to be rebuilt. The workmanship was quite good and the price was excellent. They even made a new skeleton key.

Very friendly and informative. Moving to a new house, thought I needed to purchase new locks. Advised me that I could rekey the existing locks for a fraction of the cost. Other places I called didn't ask questions, just gave prices on new locks. Did a great job!!!

Does not install locks if you don't buy from them. The one answering the phone does not seem to know about locks.
Highly recommended they were on time and worked efficiently. They are high quality and right for the job!
