Grant Middle School provides education to students in grades six through eight. It offers classes in several subjects, including language arts, science, mathematics and social studies. The school also provides sessions on music, art, physical education and Spanish. Grant Middle School organizes a range of extracurricular programs that includes student council, drama club, knowledge bowl and student government. It also offers several sports activities, including football, baseball, softball, tennis, cross country, basketball, and track and field. The school has a parent-teacher organization that organizes several fundraising programs and cultural events. Grant Middle School is affiliated with the Springfield Public School District 186 and is located in Springfield, Ill.
