An expert knowledge in software and computers is a must. Codepal is flexable in about almost any industry, so let you know that Sybatech's staff may not know about your peticuliar industry. You will need to try to explain it to them what you do ,so they can make the program work to your liking. If you don't like what you have in the end, they will not give you any refund. My suggestion is to look for a software company that the staff has experience in your industry. Sybatech may be good in your industry or they may not, and if not, they may come up with nice software that work for you or you may not like it. If not, no refund.
