Springfield Southeast High School offers education to students in grades nine through 12. It is affiliated with Springfield School District 186 and has an enrollment of more than 1,300 students. The school offers a variety of subjects in its curriculum, such as English, mathematics, science, social studies, computers and physical education. It also provides courses in industrial arts, business education, home science, fine arts, and consumer and health education. The sports activities offered by the school include football, volleyball, skiing, basketball, soccer, tennis, softball, baseball, golf and cheerleading. The school has a media center that offers Internet access, books, magazines and journals to students. It offers various extracurricular activities to students, such as mathematics and science clubs, yearbook, literary magazine, chorus, band and school newspaper.
