Weekend service tech was clueless - had to call three times to get it done right. $75 job ended up costing $350 because they don't guarantee their work saying multiple things just happen to keep going wrong (what a coincidence), which I didn't know until I got the bill. Not up front about their charges and won't work with you on the bill.
