I recommend you call them they are the fastest taxi service I know.They will pick you up and drive you to the airport.

Wow, I just moved to Illinois and needed a cab for tomorrow. I inquired on rates and the guy was very rude. Told me to call someone else and hung up on me.

Absolutely awful - do NOT use this service if at all possible. The driver was rude and downright disgusting. He coughed up a lung then spit whatever came up out the window multiple times. He answered his phone (presumably the only driver/owner) and was rude to callers. He hung up on many of them. The cab was filthy with grime and dirty on every surface. He driver was smoking the entire trip which added to the stale cigar smoke smell in the cab already. He refused to drop us off at our desired location because it would be too hard to turn around... To top it off, he took the longest possible route to the destination making the fare about 3x as much as it should have been. All joking aside, we paid the fare and left because we were assuming this piece of trash was carrying a firearm and would have used it. DO NOT USE MR. TAXI. THE POSITIVE REVIEW IS OBVIOUSLY A FAKE!!

Very Very Rude!!

Also got hung up on when I called to inquire about their rates. Just moved here and haven't purchased a vehicle yet so was totally shocked!! And they tell us New Yorkers WE are rude?? Found that Yellow Cab was very polite and accommodating. Thank you Yellow Cab. You just earned a good customer!

I called for rates because I will need to be use taxi service a few times a week. They told me to call someone else for rates AND hung up on me. I was so shocked that a company in this economy would treat a possible repeat customer with this rude service. CALL ANOTHER TAXI SERVICE!
