      Since 2014, Omar's Restaurants have been offering a variety of Mexican cuisine dishes that conjugate with the typical drinks, music and service. In order to share more of Mexico with Springfield, La Fiesta Grande was born. The name was inspired by our history, a big party with all of the community. In order to bring some our history to you all, we bring you a little closer to the traditional cuisine of our home country in a family friendly, culturally diverse, enjoyable Mexican Restaurant.
