In 1971, Kenneth's wife Jeanette Kerr began running the family business following his passing. When Jeanette retired, son Jeff Kerr took over and continues to offer the same care and compassion his father gave customers more than half a century ago. In 2015, Jeff welcomed his daughter, Rebecca Howard Au.D. to the practice, allowing the center to widen its scope of patient services and hearing tests. Jeff and Rebecca are dedicated to providing the finest hearing aids and personal attention to people in and around Springfield, Illinois.
