My 3 year old healthy dog died from
surgical complications at Coble Hospital. I attempted to discuss with Dr. Coble my concerns about postsurgical management and lack of basic supplies and was told, amongst many other things, that he would "hang up on me if I didn't shut up". This went beyond validating my concerns and has caused further emotional distress about allowing his team to care for my pet. As a physician, I am appalled by this behavior in a fellow healthcare provider.

I am new to Springfield, so I called around to compare prices for my pets needs. Coble was by far the best for the money. Between the free nail trims and the client appreciation cards I am saving over $100 a year. Now I saw that there are coupons for dental cleanings and spay/neuter too. Dr. Saner took extra time to explain why vaccinations don't always have to be done yearly (like my old vet did) and the girls up front helped me out to the car with my pets. Overall a great experience.

Thank you for making dental care affordable! In this economy it is very much appreciated that I can give my pets the care that they need and still make the mortgage.
