Very bad experience! My dress was not done when promised causing another day and loss time for travel to return at a later date for pick up. The hem was uneven and was very noticeable in pictures from the side. The fasteners placed on an inside strap were sewn in very unevenly and not lined up with each other. They could not help fix a beading issue, so not very "custom" in my opinion. And to top it all off, not even an apology for all of the trouble. The only positive, is that I got the correct dress back, eventually, and there was no snag or damage to the chiffon during the rush hem job to complete the order. Will not go back!
