Great machine shop for balancing automotive crankshafts.

Reading the comments about Wilkersons and the lady that compared a check to cash. I am not seeing the likeness. I do see a likeness in debit card and check. Seems to me that we as consumers should ask what form of payments are accepted and if those forms are not acceptable to us do not do buisness with that establisment. I am resonably sure after reading this persons comments that they are just misinformed about how a small buisness can recoup money.

I took an older vehicle in for repairs to the tune of $800.00. I made phone calls that weren't returned. It took longer than I was orginally told. When I went to pick up the vehicle I found that they only deal in cash (and/or debt card)or charge. I don't do charge or debit card - if I don't have the money to buy it or pay for it - it doesn't get bought. I use checks as my cash. So I had to go to the bank and get cash. That's not a very good idea for a woman to be running around with that much cash in her purse. So I walk in and say "I don't understand why we should all be punished for a few bad apples." The GM says, "I've lost money on bad checks so decided not to do business that way." I said, "businesses have ways to recoup their money, same as you." The GM said, "we're a small business." He didn't give me my change back, so once I left, I had to go back for my change. They are even a smaller business now becuase of the way they choose to do business. I should have been apologized to
