106 Chatham Road store has terrible customer service. Never going back. They need to fire Till what a jerk!! Staying with r friends at MacArthur home town Springfield feel yay!!!!

AWESOME STORE!!! We went to this store to have them weigh a pint of ice cream purchased at the other Baskin Robbins (who will never get my business again). We were charged the full price for a "pint" of ice cream that actually weighed 9 oz. The management at the Baskin Robbins on MacArthur said fill the container up and make this right for the customer, even though we did not purchase the ice cream there. On top of that, they apologized to us for another stores mistake. Now that is GREAT customer service. They will get my business from now on. Way to Rock it Baskin Robbins on MacArthur. I hope you take all the business away from the Monre Street store as you deserve it.
