Ordered pool and was promised that it will be installed before Memorial Day weekend. Called the store when didnt hear back. I was told to call the installer. I called the installer and was told that he was busy and will call back. Called him again when didnt get a call back. Phone keeps ringinng after that and onone answers. Called the store again and they were really rude. Was told that there are more people ahead of me and I am not the only one. They told me now after I purchased the pool that they dont knowKm when it will be installed. We still dont know the time frame as the installer doesnt answer or return call and the store doesnt know.
