I was under the impression that my accident was a minor job by looking at it, but it was a major job with lots of mechanical problems, being that it is a 2018 Lexus model. I praise the Springfield Gdns MacArthur Auto Body shop for doing a excellent job in putting my car back together, and keeping me posted all the way thru the job. I hightly recommend this company to anyone.

My fan belt was shot and instead of going to the dealers I decided to see Mike (unannounced). He took my car the next day and before noon I was in possession of my car. He is not only professional and genuine, but he really cares for the customer. I'll recommend him highly. The work is exceptional. Y'all go see Mike!������������

Don't ever get a tow from here. You would think that since they're contracted by AAA they would be more professional and reliable.My car broke down and I needed to have it towed back home, out of state. Car was picked up at 10:45pm and 5 hrs later still no car! Called dispatch (1:20 am) and was told first that he had just crossed state lines, about 45 mins away from me. Fast forward to 2:55am and I'm told he's in traffic (at 3am! Riiight) approximately 15-20 mins away. Fast forward again to 3:51am and still no car!!! Call AAA and they are of no help in located my car. Call MacArthur yet again and the driver is now dropping off another car! With my car still in tow??? Oh and he passed my town in order to do so! If you're looking for service within a reasonable time frame then this is not the company for you. If AAA sends them your way tell them you want another company....4:01am and still no car. >:(

I went to MacArthur because of the exemplary job they did repairing my parents Lexus. so after my 2006 Mitsubishi Raider was rearended, honestly, they were my first choice, the job they did fixing the damage on my truck was incredible. She looks as if nothing ever happened to her. id totally recommend MacArthur to anyone that know to fix up their vehicle. Mike who assisted me was an awesome help and talked me through a bit of what was to go on. i hope i never have any more damage again but if i do i know exactly where im going, and honestly you should go there too.

I was towed by this company two times, once for Geico and once for AAA... Both times everyone was professional and courteous and honest .

Run!!! These people are despicable low life's who attempt to make a quick buck is disgusting. They are sub-contracters for AAA. Instead of helping me they insulted me and left me stranded, when I wouldn't fall for the bait. A neighbor was kind enough to boost my battery, after the mechanic insisted on towing me and my battery was no good which was a complete lie. The grease polar bear decided to upgrade his professional title to a NYPD traffic enforcement/ DMV inspector by requesting vehicle registration when he should have been verifying membership. I prefer to pay for services where i can reasonably converse with a persons aptitude of at least fifth grader. Congrats To MacArthur's Auto Body & Collision. You are the number 1 on my list of most hated business for 2013 . Your true STAR rating is negative 5

If you ever need a body shop , I'd say this is this place to go. Nice, honest family . This company towed me for AAA before so I called them when I got in an accident and they helped me so much !

I just picked up my car today. I can not believe how WONDERFUL the car came out. It looks and drives amazing. I really never thought it would be the same after I was hit by another car. MacArthur was highly recommended by my friend who had her car fixed there a few months ago, and she was recommended by her father who had his car fixed there at some point. The paint on my car matches perfectly and everything looks like new. Mike handeled everything from start to finish, and kept me updated throughout the process. The office staff was nice as well. I hope this rating helps someone decide to use this company.
