L. Richards Plumbing and Heating were wonderful in correcting a violation. They acted quickly and professionally and managed to correct the problem earlier than the cure date. The phone was always answered by Gail and she was willing to sympathetically listen. Their cost was more than fair and substantially under some of their competitors. When the ECB made errors in the paper work, Gail sent her expeditor down to make sure everything was perfect. When she said she would call,she called. The actual work was done quickly, neatly,correctly and in a timely fashion. I have nothing but the highest praise for all the entire staff at L Richards. Thank You! Marie S.

I highly recommend this company to everyone out there, they are very professional and their 24 hour service is very helpful, when other companies shut down at 6 pm, this company is still taking calls even up to 11 pm, when I called for an emergency, They were very courteous and told me what to do till they got to me. Please do try them out, and you will never be disappointed.

An excellent service, When my water main was bursted, I called up Len Richards plumbing, to my great surprise they were on the job in no time. They actually stopped the fines I had received from DEP, and completed the job in one full day. I would recommend this company anyday because they are very professional, and they also serviced my boiler so I can continue to have good hot water for the summer. Thank you Len Richards!!!!

I had a water leak in my house and I called this contractor. First of all they showed up 3 hours late. They charged me a $600 dollar diagnostic fee which I agreed to because I thought it would be included in the overall cost of the job. They gave me an estimate for over $4000 dollars telling me that all the pipes needed to be re-soldered. Being that my insurance company was involved I wasn't really concerned. They faxed me a contract. I needed some type of cost breakdown as to why the the job was going to cost so much for the insurance company. They kept sending me extremely vague estimates and kept insisting that being that they didn't know where all the actual leaks were that it would be hard to give a detailed estimate. After constantly calling and them disregarding me, I ended up calling another contractor. To make a long story short, They fixed "TWO" pipes and charged me $488.00. This company is very dangerous.
