the woman I asked to help me make invitation copies almost broke the machine and wasted $40 of my money telling me I had to use a color copier to make the specific dementions I was looking for at $1.90 each copy for 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" black and white printing for two lines of words. She was rude and after making numerous different copies on my credit card just walked away. Horrible customer service. She complained that she had no idea what she was doing because she was from another store and the store I visited the day before didn't know what they were doing when they started my project correctly. The store on Kenwood is awesome. The staff were remarkable. I would recommend them over this store in a heartbeat.
