I had not changed my oil in several months - bad deal on my part.  I took it in to have the guys at the Springdale location take care of it.  The new manager Clay was so nice, and really knew what he was talking about.  Yes, I was in trouble for letting it go so long without maintaining my vehicle, but they got me in and out on a busy Saturday pretty quick and even told me when to come back in!  Thanks guys!

Employees at Seeburg Muffler and Brake were very nice and helpful. I went there on a Saturday in order to get my oil changed at the last minute. My wait was not that long and while I was waiting one of the employees initated a conversation with me, which helped the time pass by even faster. Overall, I would recommend them for their knowledgable, fast, and friendly service.

A co-worker one Saturday had some problems and when trying to find some help we found Seeburg Muffler & Brake was open unitl 5 on Saturdays, the got him back up and running. So the next time I needed some work done I called then and told them I was having an issue. They made an appointment, checked it out, called me and I okayed work to be done and by the end of the day I had new rotors and oil change. Everyone I dealt with was great, I would highly recommend them price was right and I did not have to do without my car for a day or two. So glad some one remembers customer service, would use again, especially since they are open on Saturdays.

I took my 2010 Camry to Seeburg because the steering wheel shook when hitting the brakes on the interstate. I told them I thought it was the brakes, rotors, and that it needed an alignment. I work out of town, so I was able to utilize their drop box, which made it very convenient. First thing the next morning they called to confirm that they had my vehicle and gave me a time that they would call me back after looking it over. Tony called me back and let me know I only needed brakes and the rotors could be resurfaced. When they had an opportunity to charge me for an alignment that turns out I didn’t need, they didn’t. Tony was honest in letting me know there is nothing wrong with my alignment. I really appreciate their honesty and will be taking ALL three of our vehicles here for maintenance from now on. I would highly recommend Seeburg!!!
