      Cypert, Crouch, Clark & Harwell, PLLC, is the oldest firm in Springdale, Arkansas, our attorneys have more than 130 combined years of legal experience. Our attorneys and staff carry forward the firm's tradition of exceptional legal service to Northwest Arkansas businesses and families.       Business History
      Founded in 1947 by Courtney C. Crouch, Sr., Cypert, Crouch, Clark & Harwell, PLLC, is the oldest firm in Springdale, Arkansas, and one of the oldest firms in Washington County, Arkansas. After a short period of time as a solo practitioner, Courtney Crouch built the firm, which became known as Crouch, Blair, Cypert & Waters, from the ground up. One of the original members of the firm, James D. Cypert, retired in 2014 after 55 years as an attorney.

      Northwest Arkansas has been very good to the firm, and accordingly, the members of the firm have felt it their duty to give back to the community. Members of the firm have served on the Springdale School Board; as Presidents or Officers of numerous charities including Life Styles, Single Parent Scholarship Fund, Springdale Kiwanis Club, Springdale Lions Club, Springdale Rotary Club, and United Way; and have served on numerous boards including the Arts Center of the Ozarks, Walton Arts Center, Springdale Chamber of Commerce, Springdale Airport Commission, Springdale Public Facilities Board, hospital boards, and on the board of directors of local banks. Members of the firm not only serve their clients, but the legal community as well, having had two members as Presidents of the Arkansas Bar Association and numerous other attorneys being actively involved in Bar Association activities at the local and state level.
