This award belongs to our caring staff, their families and our three generations of customers who make everything we do possible.Brashears is a third- generation, family owned company that has been doing business in the Ozarks since 1935. Visit any one of our three showrooms and you’ll discover why our customers keep coming back—It has to do with our selection, our values, and the way we treat our customers. We think furniture shopping isn't just about the furniture...it's about transforming your life and home with a different kind of shopping experience that begins the moment you walk into one of our showrooms. Brashears is a third-generation, family owned business that has been doing business in the Ozarks since 1935. The Brashears family is still very much involved in the day to day operations. We prides ourselves in the fact that we have so many long term, skilled and knowledgeable employees. We see our staff as our biggest asset, you can have a great showroom and great merchandise, but if you don’t have the right people, none of the other matters. We are fortunate to have many employees that have been with us for more than 10 years, with a few that have reached their 25th year anniversary! Several of our management team started out delivering furniture after school in high school, so they truly know all aspects of our business. We have many employees that have worked at Brashears most of their adult life and are truly part of the Brashears family.
