We bought a mattress set at Bianca and we were told it would be delivered between the hours of 3-6pm the same day. We waited and no one showed up to delivery the mattress, nor did anyone call to tell us it would not be delivered. We tried calling the furniture store several times and there was no answer. Not really good business ethics.
