Our Toilet Flange had rusted away leaving the toilet unsecured. At first look we were told it would require breaking up the concrete slab.



Cooper went to a plumbing supply house and got some advice and a repair part that allowed them to mount the toilet to a stainless steel ring bolted to the slab.



Cooper came up with a low cost solution. They are not out to take you to the cleaners!
