Extremely professional framing each and every time. (I've had 5 done so far and definitely planning more now.) The ladies are so beyond helpful and patient. They really have a knack for suggesting what possibilities would look best with your picture; they have both been there for many years and know their stuff. When you finally narrow down several frames to decide on (soooo many choices!), they take a picture of your art with each frame and then show you side by side how it would look with each one. You don't have to guess or squint or hope how it would finally turn out. This process makes the choice of choosing frames and borders so much easier. They took about a week to 2 weeks to complete the framing of each of my paintings. Exceptional quality of completed framing; I was beyond pleased.
