Provided by YP.comWe hired the Residence Doctor to build a room addition and replace our roof. George and Greg were very professional. Not your typical sleazy contractors who only want your money. They didn't ask for any money until the job was ready to get started. Tony and his framing crew did a great job. No one can tell that the room was added on 14 years after the house was built. It's a seamless transition between the two. The room is well built and should stand up to the toughest hurricanes. The cost of the project seemed very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. I would definitely recommend them for your next home improvement project.

Provided by YP.comThis company may do good work once you get them to your house but getting an estimate, scheduling the job, getting them to show up when scheduled will lead you to pull your hair out. I had a small roof job. I told the owner (George) that up front but he said it was no problem. I set an appointment to obtain an estimate. A gentleman arrived on time for that process, however, it was nearly 5-days and two phone calls before I received an email of the estimate. I signed and returned the estimate immediately. I called multiple times after that to schedule an appointment to get the work done. Finally after two weeks, I spoke with the owner and scheduled a morning appointment twenty days after the call. Part of that delay was my fault because we were preparing to leave town for a week. I called the evening before the appointment to confirm and the owner confirmed positively except that he told me they had one one at a nearby subdivision before they came to my house. They must have scheduled that job after mine. Two and a half hours after the scheduled appointment Residence Doctor still had not arrived. I called and again talked to the owner who explained that they were still working on another job, still had not gone to the job located near me, and could not tell me when they would arrive. I cancelled the Residence Doctor and began my search for someone else to do the work. I'm very glad that due to the small size of the job ($495) they had not required me to pay the usual 50% downpayment. I would have had to work with them or lose my money.
