Terrible Customer service, Bad products. I purchased some vinyl for my work truck, I told Allan I needed something that won't fade. He sold me a red vinyl and said it wouldn't Fade. Once it went on the truck, After 6 months it started to turn pink.
Allan will not stand by his products and redo the vinyl. He is Very rude! I feel his lack of Business Acumen and customer service should be a concern for everyone working with Sign Central in the future, including Commercial management companies and local businesses that I sell to. I guess he has enough business to be treating customers like that.

I have been working with Sign Central for years. I had Andres do some art work for a shop I was opening. He charged me the full amount before the art work was signed off, which I was OK with, because it was Andres (good guy). Due to complications in the lease, The Deal fell through

I called Andres and he said no problem we haven't started the work yet, but we have a $40.00 charge for art. I said no problem charge me for it. He said since it was a few days ago you can just have your bank charge back the total amount. Subsequently Sign Central also charged back the total.
I called and talked to Allan and told him there was a mistake made and I can come down and resolve it He was very rude to me and said our business is finished. Now remember this is about $40.00!!! I guess Allan is a new partner or he bought the business, and that should be a CONCERN for everyone working with Sign Central in the future.

I also noticed their products is not holding up like it was when Andres was in charge.
The vinyl signs I have bought from them is starting to crack and fade.The Red lettering on my truck has turned pink and is cracking, just after 6 months!!! looks to me that Allan is putting out an inferior product!!
