I have worked for them for about 3 weeks. they do not pay for your hourly wages while you go through the 10 hour OSHA and the 7 hour orientation for the DELTA PROJECT. The communication of the company I am working for and the staffing agency has room for lots of improvement. When I was sent out to the job I had very little information on what I would be doing and the physical requirements. I hope that it will get better.
