If I could give less than one star I would! HORRIBLE front desk staff who should absolutely not be dealing with patients on the phones and making appointments. I made an appointment the first week of December to be seen on Monday February 2nd at 10am. Confirmed over the phone the Friday before that I would be there at 10am. I show up for my appointment at 9:30am (30 minutes early!) I am there at least 20 minutes before I am called back to speak to a front desk clerk where she informs me that they are not taking new patients and that I would not be able to be seen by anyone. I am totally fine if they cannot see new patients but when my appointment was made SIX weeks in advance AND I spoke to the front desk who called to confirm on Friday it is completely unacceptable. To make matters even worse I called the office within 5 minutes of leaving, left a message with the front desk clerk to talk to their office manager and NEVER received a call back! STAY AWAY AND FIND A DIFFERENT OFFICE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE SUCK!
