I specialize in working with couples to overcome obstacles in their relationship, and to find their joy in togetherness again. I use proven brief therapy approaches, extensive professional training and experience, and wisdom gained in 30 years of marriage and raising a family, to help foster the positive improvements that you are wanting as quickly as I can. I also work regularly with individuals struggling with low self esteem, anxiety, and depression, to help them to have better confidence and better control of their outlook, and moods.
