These people are very rude! I had to cancel my teeth cleaning (just a cleaning!) And the lady was very rude and huffed when I said I could not make the appointment! It was going to be my first visit and I am already turned off. After I said I wouldn't be able to come in for the day she then asked why and I replied it is a personal reason and yet she was rude again! Huffed and said oookkk..... I'm not happy.
