I was excited that the group my kids have been a part of was finally getting some recognition in the way of yard signs and car decals. I submitted my order with both first and last name as I have two children in the group and did not want both names on the sign. They put the kids last name. Now every predator in area will know our last name. They would not fix the problem unless I paid for new signs. How many signs have they made for how many schools with last names. It only takes a phone call. So much for customer service.
