      Dear Valued Customers, in 1984 Initial Impact first began operating as a wholesale embroidery company servicing mostly large department stores, mail-order catalogs, and uniform shops with custom embroidery. We opened our own retail store in 1987 in the beautiful seaside town of Spring Lake, NJ. Through our experience with department stores and in our own retail store, we've learned which gift items are the most popular to be personalized, and we are now offering some of them on our web site. We hope to be adding many more in the months to come. Over our twenty years of embroidering, we have seen many different styles of blankets, robes, pillows, etc. We have made it our priority to seek out the finest quality merchandise, and have chosen the best monogram positioning, as well as thread colors and styles of monogramming for each gift item you'll see on our web site. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we will make sure your gift purchases are handled with great care as well as special attention to the details of each order.
