We had a new roof put on by Terry & his crew. They did an excellent job! They are fast, efficient, very friendly, honest, reasonable rates, we will definitely use their service again for future projects. Highly recommend that you give Terry a call, you won't be disappointed!

Terry installed a new roof on my home competently, on time, on budget. He and his crew were courteous and the site was completely cleaned up. I recommend American Builders without reservation.
American Builders well deserves a 5-star review for their abilities and work ethic. They were polite, neat, accomodating and very honest. This is definately the company to employ for any remodeling or building needs.
We had bought a new front entry door and needed it installed. Of the 3 contractors I called, Terry gave us the best price and even though it was a small job, was very responsive in getting it done for us before the weather changed. He came on a weekend and made sure everything was done just right before leaving. It was our first job with Terry and we'll most definitely use his services again.

We used Terry and Steve 6 years ago to reside our house, add a deck and build a garage. 3 years ago we had them add an addition to our house, complete with master baths 2 bedrooms and a laundry room. All the work has been beautiful from the start to the finish. Terry is easy to work with and a bit of a perfectionist. He shows up on time and does not leave until the job is done. Since we used American Builders we have refered him to two other friends. They have done total remodels on their houses and are completely happy with his services.
Highly recommend this business for honesty, workmanship, and products used. The entire new roof, with excellent shingles, done by them last November, encouraged whole home redoing! Rehired American Builders Inc to use Terry's talent and unigue ideas, of course, to design and create. A "new" home-sweet-home, freshly painted to 'blend' even more handsomely with the trees and water, surrounded by a newly stained deck done completely by Terry and Steve, is glowing with a SMILE on Spring Lake! Great team with creative ideas at a super price to work with. Sincerely deserve the 5-Star rating....!
