Genuardi's employs more than 6,500 individuals and operates stores in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. It operates a Genuardi's Community Cash Back Program that supports various local communities, nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, synagogues, libraries, scout troops and fire companies. The company also offers community services by recycling shopping bags and waste products. It maintains a presence in Spring House, Pa.
