I was referred over to them by 2-10 Home warranty. They did the work that was called for, but refused to look at any additional plumbing (which I'm okay with...calling them again to put in another order for them to recome out I didn't mind..just waste all our time). Well, I wasn't able to be there, so I had my mother wait for them to come. I left payment there. The plumber refused what I was initially told to pay and asked for more. The person I left to let them in, gave them what they asked for. I called their office and spoke to Jennifer and she said She was sorry, she could cash the check and send me the difference or I could use a credit card. I authorized the correct amount to be charged on my card. Jennifer called during the evening saying she was charging my card the amount the plumber quoted. I told them to call 2-10 to verify what I pay. They didn't then all of a sudden the wrong amount was charged to my card. An amount I did not authorize. I called 2-10 and told them what happened. 2-10 stated that they will have to reimburse me for the overcharge. Its to be determined if they will pay me back.
