      Special ordered 4white lettered tires-set appt to have installed -at appt- 2 tires were white letter/2 were BSW. Was told correct tires would be in the next day- did not happen. Promised services as soon as tires arrived and "some adjustment made on price" (per Sosa) When tires arrived and took vehicle- had to wait over an hour- no adjustment made. Last $971.00 we will spend here. Won't recommend to anyone. Service horrible for price paid
